Internship Opportunities for Winter/Spring 2012. 
The Taylor Foundation seeks highly motivated undergraduate or graduate students who reside in the New York metropolitan area with an interest in the arts and/or arts management for internships in two departments. Note: we do not accept interns from outside the United States.

Marketing interns will assist in advertising and promotion of single ticket and group sales for the Company’s Winter/Spring 2012 New York City Season at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center. Interns will also conduct web research for prospective audiences and media outlets.

Development/ Fundraising interns will work on a variety of projects in Fundraising and Special Events in support of the activities of the Paul Taylor Dance Company. Projects include: researching potential funding sources; assisting with grant proposals and reports; drafting and sending solicitations for individual giving campaigns; organizing and producing various aspects of the Foundation’s special events; assisting with database maintenance; some administrative duties Creative, organized, and detail-oriented thinkers will get the most out of these positions. The internships are unpaid, but interns may have opportunities to see performances by the Paul Taylor Dance Company and Taylor 2 as well as take class at the Taylor School if desired. Scheduling is flexible within business hours, 15-20 hours per week. Multiple positions are available on an ongoing basis.
